Designer Craig Higgins devoted four years to transform this 25,000 square feet, 45 room estate from traditional to contemporary. Hotelier owners already had an impressive collection of Asian art, everything from ancient Indian to Southeast Asian sculptures. They wanted to counterbalance the “traditional with the new.”
Designer Higgins tactfully selected Camerich pieces that meshed well with the modern background, creating a clean backdrop for the many artifacts scattered throughout this museum like sanctuary.
